Arab Street and Haji Lane
All those Starbucks outings ARENT chilling at all! Let me show you what is the real chilling....
I met up with Parvin, Nisa, Pooja, Faizal and Shachin to crash Arab street and Haji Lane!
The purpose of this outing is a farewell lunch for Parvin who is going to Finland =)
Its a walking distance from Bugis Mrt Station to Arab Street!Well actually i passed these two streets SO MANY TIMES when i take bus 51 to Marina Square...
We walked to Bussorah Street
AMIRAH'S GRILL RESTAURANT! =) The BEST CHILLING RESTAURANT i'd ever been!
Its an Egyptian restaurant
The second level of the Restaurant!
There is MIRROR in every corner...... I was so so so IN LOVE with this restaurant!The 4 GIRLS were super hungry.... We decided not to wait for the guys and ordered FOOD!

Shachin were talking about his experience in Germany... telling parvin what to prepare and blah blah... Well if im rich, i wouldnt be blogging here. I'll be packing my luggage and finish my second semester in another country

ITS REALLY A LANE!We went at the wrong timing... this place is only busily on FRIDAYS (late afternoon and night) and SATURDAYs....
At night, there will be people sitting on the sides (i mean on the floor!) Sisha-ing...

Dont be mistaken by the ugly shophouses and think that its just a old lane ....
The shops are WELL DESIGNED WITH STRONG RETRO AND VINTAGE CONCEPT...
The 3 of us has a sudden urge of renting one shophouse and start modifying
See the "Lamps" on the staircase, if you look carefully they are made out of thick plastic containers. the yellow is clothes detergent !How creative!!

Its so nice .... stepping on the old wooden planks and making our way up to second level... Each shophouses is filled with Owner's ONE and ONLY designs....
