BUT seriously! There are really VERY BAD customer service officers!
I just had one BAD experience. like less than 5 hours ago!

As usual, we passed our Student Card for identification check.
FYI: 18 years old and below, the price is $1.50.
This damn lady was SUPER RUDE to us!
she was checking my fren's student card (looking for the Date of birth).

Suddenly she shouted to my fren
"what is your birthday? " " Your card only show the year you are born but no date indicated"
"SO what is your date of birth??"

My fren pointed at the card.
THE FUCKING DATE OF BIRTH WAS INDICATED ON THE STUDENT CARD!
The lady was EMBARRASSED and SAID sorry SOFTLY!

Well the lady still want to argue somemore!
she told us "Ohh We need to check cos 18 years old and below BLAH BLAH BLAH"

i shut her off by shouting at her "WE know ok!"

She went quiet!
