I'd got this SUDDEN HUGE URGE TO highlight my hair.....

WHat to do ?!?!!?!?!!

Should i do it?

if i highlight my hair, i wont be able to do formal duties for my CCA.
it doesnt seems to be a BIG factor to you, but it is to me
cos this year is my LAST YEAR!
