tml having test for remittance. what the f*** !!!

today we learnt the system thingy, how to check customer info, and details blah blah blah ....
then we learnt how to proper greeting and ending message. learnt how to use a call-master, transfer calls, hold calls and blah blah,

is like my one semester of study lor, and need to be finish by one week. GOSH!! tml the f***ing test!

calculating the charges can already kill ME!!! and i had a tough time figuring the stupid selling and buying rates...
