i finish my Remittance test today... wow is like first time taking "business" test. there a two part for the test, 1 is theory 2 is system(hands on). lucky i check my work if not i confirm get alot of careless mistake which is true, cos i find out tat i got alot of careless mistake when i check haha.. cos if i fail the paper i will have to tae sub paper again and again until i pass the paper.. lol.. today we had lesson on Merchant sales, this is about terminals that almost retail shop will used when customer use VISA or MASTERCARD to pay for items. and blah blah... alot of pppl even me think that those who work in call centre examples answering calls helping ppl answered their qns is a CALL OPERATOR. but the trainer told us that we are customer service rep not a call operator, cos i provide service for customer, not transferring customer to respective ppl. now i am proud of being a customer service rep. lol... there is reallly pros and cons of being posted to UOB.cause seriously, you get to learn those stuffs that will CONFIRM NOT teach at school.... reaallly is alll business base. now i noe that what is study in school is REALLY NOT ENOUGH...is the experience that counts.... even though i have to handle stress there, cos we cant provide customer with wrong details, so at least this attachment can train my temper and carelessness. ok i got to study my test for merchant sales.. after tml i can RELAX !!! yeah !!! |
