my second day of work!! i am sure is a taboo!! YTd i said that i had a smooth day. But today i got like "scold" my an old lady( to be more polite) she called in the Morning and ask me if there a new Rule from the MAS( Monetary Authority SingaporE) i told her that i am not too sure i have to ask my supervisor, then she say "waa you mean you don noe about this rule?? still need to check with ur supervisor" .. ok i understand that she mean that we should noe about this BUT TOO BAD old lady i am new so i need to check with my supervisor.

as it will take quite long so i offered to call back when i receive e info frm my supervisor. so i tried calling for few times FINALLY she answer. then i answer the qns she asked and later she ask some qns again, so i put her on hold and ask my supervisor,, then BLAH BLAH BLAH ,, I KEPT EXPLAINING TO HER but she keep insisting that i don understand her qns and said "can you please ask someONe WHO NOES BETTER THAN YOU ANSWER MY QNS" so i said ok i put you on hold i go get an available person to speak to you. then she said " you don put me ON hold, you just call your supervisor," Then i told her that "miss, i NEED to put on hold before i can leave my desk to get an available person i speak to you ""

Maybe the "lady" wait tooo long she hang the phone... Lol

and today i got alot of ppl hanging up my calls..


is fuuny you noe, if you ask some one for help you should like have patient to wait right. cos you need that person help. but i cant help it if the person cant wait.

some they like to make until the problem very complex THEN they WILLING to ask for help..
